本研究以真江蓠(Gracilaria asiatica Zhang et Xia)和龙须菜(Gracilaria sjoes-tedtii Kylin)两个不同物种为材料,探索了果孢子的融合方法和条件。由成熟囊果的藻体经阴干刺激后,放散出大量果孢子。两个物种的果孢子在大小和颜色上都有差异。对这两个物种的果孢子用PEG—高Ca~(++)高pH法诱导融合,首次获得成功,融合细胞能再生成杂种植株。  相似文献

提要 利用非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对虹鳟、溪红点鲑及杂交种(虹鳟♀溪红点鲑♂)的进行了血液蛋白多态性研究, 计算了各座位的基因频率、基因纯合度和Shannon 信息指数, 并探讨了群体间的亲缘关系和遗传距离。结果表明: ( 1) 3个种群在α球蛋白、β1球蛋白、γ-球蛋白、前白蛋白和白蛋白5个座位上的遗传差异较大, 血清蛋白座位的优势基因在不同群体中有不同的频率; ( 2) 杂交种中出现部分双亲特异条带,表明杂交种整合了虹鳟♀ 和溪红点鲑♂的遗传信息,属两性融合生殖, 是真正意义上的杂交种。( 3) 杂交种与虹鳟和溪红点鲑的遗传相似性系数分别为0.718和0.575, 遗传距离分别为0.332和0.554, 表明杂交种与两亲本的遗传差异不是对等的, 而是偏向母本一方, U PGMA 系统树也同样证明了这一点。  相似文献

The reciprocal nature of the relationship between historical geology (reconstruction models) and biology (constructing phylogenies) is discussed and the conceptual basis of such a relationship is examined through its historical development. Examples to illustrate aspects of the relationship are drawn from the Cretaceous breakup of polar Gondwana and the Cenozoic history of some of the resultant microcontinental fragments. A new mid-Cretaceous (circa 100 Ma) rift zone, separating the west Gondwanan Campbell Plateau, southern New Zealand, from the east Gondwanan Melanesian Rift is proposed, and biological and geological evidence for it is presented and discussed. It is also suggested that the Bounty Trough, Chatham Rise, and Hikurangi Plateau unit is incorrectly placed in reconstruction models, and it should be fitted outboard of the Melanesian Rift until its mid-Cenozoic attachment to the Campbell Plateau. It is concluded that both reconstruction modelling and phylogenetic analyses have much to gain through ‘reciprocal illumination’.  相似文献

对2 组光倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus hollandi)杂交子一代(长江♀×北江♂子一代, 北江♀×长江♂子 一代)及其亲本(北江♀、♂, 长江♀、♂)的线粒体COI 基因序列进行了分析。在18 个样品中共检测到 8 个单倍型和35 个核苷酸多态位点。通过序列差异分析和遗传距离比较发现, 核苷酸序列同源性在 98.1%-99.9%之间, 遗传分化不明显。杂交子一代的5 个单倍型与其母本的2 个单倍型的核苷酸同 源性在99.4%-99.8%之间。而与父本的同源性分别为98.5%、98.2%、98.2%、98.4%、98.1%.实验 结果表明两种杂交子一代的线粒体 COI 基因严格遵循母性遗传规律。  相似文献

Crossbreeding is an effective approach to manage the genetic decline in aquaculture.One-way hybrids of Crassostrea sikamea(♀)and Crassostrea gigas(♂)have advantages in growth traits and adaptation to high temperature.Here,we used high-throughput sequencing to analyze the molecular processes in the hybrids under and after thermal stress.The hybrids were cultured in the seawater with an increasing temperature from 25℃to 40℃during 10 hours,which is regarded as the thermal stress stage.Then the temperature decreased from 40℃to 25℃within 2 h,which is regarded as the recovery stage.In this study,1293 significant diffe-rentially expressed genes(DEGs)were obtained under thermal stress,of which 576 were upregulated and 717 were downregulated,and 740 significant differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were obtained in the recovery stage,of which the number of upregulated and downregulated genes was 409 and 331,respectively.The antigen processing and presentation,NOD-like,and NF-kappa B path-ways were significantly enriched during the thermal stress stage.The MAPK and PPAR signaling pathways were significantly enrich-ed during the recovery stage.The HSP70,HSP90,and CANX genes were strongly and rapidly upregulated in the control/thermal stress groups but were slightly less upregulated in the thermal stress/recovery group.These results indicate that the innate immune system or nonspecific immunity was deployed to protect interior tissues from thermal stress.In addition,85%of the mutual DEGs were involved in bidirectional regulation(up/down or down/up)when the oysters were removed from the thermal stress to recover.This study provides preliminary insight into the molecular response of C.sikamea(♀)and C.gigas(♂)hybrids to thermal stress and provides a basis for future studies on temperature-adaptation and the possible expansion of hybrid breeding.  相似文献

2009年4月和5月在钱塘江杭州段进行了双向声传播测流实验.两个声信号发送与接收站设置在钱塘江两岸,间距为3050 m.在声传播实验期间,沿着声传播路径还进行了12次走航ADP(Acoustic Doppler Profiler)流速观测.根据双向声传播的顺逆流传播时间差计算得到沿声传播路径的平均流速,与ADP走航观测结果基本一致,两者的均方差为0.03 m/s.通过ADP走航期间双向声传播时间差的平均值和ADP走航观测所得断面流量之间的线性关系,得到了整个观测期间断面流量的时间序列.实验较好地捕捉到了因钱塘江涌潮而引起的流量变化,流量的最小值为 -3406 m3/s,最大为3509 m3/s.第一和第二实验阶段钱塘江的净流量分别为1329 m3/s和979 m3/s.以上结果表明用双向声传播测流方法可实现对河道流速和流量连续的监测.  相似文献

A supposed hybrid population betweenNeobuxbaumia tetetzoandCephalocereus columna-trajani(Cactaceae) in a semi-arid ecosystem at Zapotitlán de La Salinas, in the Mexican State of Puebla, was investigated by analysing number of ribs, number of areoles per cm and number of branches. Tests for equality of means using the Games and Howell method and Stepwise Discriminant Analysis, indicated that the number of ribs and number of areoles per cm supported our hypothesis for the existence of these naturally occurring hybrids, which are intermediate and distinct from the parental species. Other qualitative characteristics which distinguished hybrids and parental species are highlighted, and the possible meaning of the phenomenon is discussed.  相似文献

The Eocene to Oligocene sediments of the Ecuadorian Oriente Basin record two kinds of second-order stratigraphic response to the tectonic evolution. Lower Eocene shows evidences of local scale syntectonic deposits. This tectonic activity can be related to right lateral convergent movements inverting pre-cretaceous extensional structures. Upper Eocene and Oligocene sediments are integrated as the expression of an isostatic rebound characterizing a basin scale syntectonic deposition. This response is evidenced by a reciprocal architecture of the depositional sequences identified in the sedimentary formations. These data have allowed us to propose a new geodynamic model for the Paleogene evolution of the Oriente Basin.  相似文献

In order to determine whether growth performance could be improved by hybridizing full-sib families of Manila clam(Ruditapes philippinarum), crosses between two full-sib families including self and reciprocal crosses were carried out. The effects of heterosis, combining ability and interaction on the growth of shell length were estimated. The results showed that the growth of hybrid larvae was intermediate between parents on days 6 and 9. Heterosis on shell length was observed, which varied at juvenile stage. The cross of ♂A×♀B(Hp varied between 10.41% and 68.27%) displayed larger heterosis than ♂B×♀A(Hp varied between 1.89% and 32.33%) did, suggesting that ♂A×♀B was an ideal hatchery method of improving the growth performance of Manila clam. The variances of general combining ability(GCA), special combining ability(SCA) and interaction(I) were significant in shell length(P 0.05), indicating that both additive and non-additive genetic factors were important contributors to the growth of larvae and juveniles. The GCA for shell length of ♂A×♀B was higher than that of ♂B×♀A at both larval and juvenile stages. This confirmed that the cross between ♂A and ♀B showed great growth in shell length. In summary, the growth of Manila clam seeds could be improved by hybridizing selected parents from large numbers of full-sib families.  相似文献
